Sensitive fields are encrypted and OTP-protected.
✅ WHS Registry
Report, track and manage workplace incidents and hazards from a single registry. Includes photo uploads, severity-based assignment and escalation, SLA monitoring, QR code check-in for sites, and a full audit log with export. Employees can submit reports directly and admins get notified to manage the full response workflow.
✅ Position Descriptions
Create, store and update role descriptions in one place, linked to the relevant Modern Award and classification level. Route PDs through an approval queue before they go live, then send them to employees and candidates for acknowledgment. Every sign-off is recorded against the employee’s profile.
✅ Document External Review Links
Share documents with external stakeholders like lawyers, consultants and clients via secure, token-based review links. Set expiry dates, add password protection, and give reviewers the ability to comment, suggest changes, approve or request amendments. Every action is logged in a full audit timeline you can export.
