HR Software Pricing for Australian Businesses

It depends on the pricing model. Most HR platforms charge per employee, per month, so the cost grows as you hire. HR Command uses a flat annual fee: HR Spark is $2,500 ex GST a year for up to 15 staff, HR Essentials is $5,000 for up to 50 staff and HR Prime is $7,000 for up to 100 staff. On a full team, that works out to $13.89, $8.33 and $5.83 per employee a month. HR Enterprise is quoted for larger organisations.

No. Each plan is a flat annual price that covers your team up to the plan’s size. Adding a casual or replacing someone who leaves doesn’t change your bill.

No. All prices are shown ex GST and billed annually.

It’s a one-off fee to set up your account and train your team, so you’re up and running from week one. It’s $500 ex GST for HR Spark, $750 for HR Essentials and $1,750 for HR Prime. HR Enterprise and Partner Suite implementation is quoted.

Nothing, straight away. It’s normal to go over your seat allocation from time to time. We don’t rush you into an upgrade. People come and go, and over a couple of months it usually averages out. If you take on a large intake of new staff, we’ll talk with you about what an upgrade would look like. HR Prime covers up to 100 staff, and HR Enterprise suits larger organisations.

One case is one employee issue, from first contact through to resolution. If new complications come up, such as counter-allegations, abandonment of employment or a claim, those become additional cases.

Urgent matters are usually answered within a 3-hour business window. Standard enquiries are answered within 1 to 2 business days.

HR Spark includes 5 cases a year, HR Essentials 12 and HR Prime 24. HR Enterprise and Partner Suite cases are set to suit. If you need more, we can add extra cases through a custom package.

Yes. Specialist tools such as the Psychosocial Hazard Assessment suite are available as paid add-ons on any plan. Talk to us and we’ll tell you what fits your business.

It doesn’t have to. Many businesses keep their payroll system and use HR Command for contracts, policies, compliance and advice from employment lawyers. It covers what your existing software doesn’t.

HR Enterprise is fully customisable for larger organisations. It includes private cloud hosting, integrations with your existing systems and a custom number of advice cases. Pricing and implementation are quoted to suit.

Yes. Our HR Partner Suite is built for HR consultants, HR business partners and workforce specialists who look after multiple clients, with tools for managing multiple entities from one place. You get lawyer-drafted contracts and policies, the Workplace Advice Line and the full HR platform to offer as part of your service, with client accounts set up and managed through our Partner Portal.
